Shipping Destinations
We ship globally from India to most international destinations across North America, Europe,Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. If your country is not listed at checkout or you are unsure about coverage, please contact us at hello@houseofheritage.in before ordering.
Shipping Partners
We partner with leading international logistics providers including DHL, FedEx, and
Aramex to ensure secure, traceable, and efficient delivery of your products.
Processing & Dispatch Times

Standard Orders: Dispatched within 5–7 business days of order confirmation.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items: May take 10–21 business days depending on
complexity. Please refer to individual product pages for estimated lead times.
Customization is available on selected products only, with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 pieces for custom orders. - Orders placed during festivals, holidays, or promotional periods may take longer due to higher volumes.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Transit Time: 15 – 21 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and final destination.

Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on accessibility.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Shipping Fees
- Calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, volume, and destination country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, handling charges, or other import taxes as levied by your country.
- These fees are not included in the product or shipping prices and are payable by the customer upon delivery.
- House of Heritage is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs
procedures in the destination country. - Any duties or taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the consignee and must be paid upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES (INTERNATIONAL)
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted, limited-edition, and often made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Note:
- Small variations in color, texture, or surface finishing are hallmarks of handmade
products and should not be treated as defects.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, orders enter production or fulfilment and cannot be cancelled,
especially for made-to-order or customized products.
