- All products on our website are handcrafted, and natural variations in texture, color,and finish are to be expected. These are not considered defects.

- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payments

5. International Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Time: Standard orders are shipped within 5–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may require 10–21 business days.
- Estimated Delivery: Delivery timelines vary by country and may range between 15 -21 business days post dispatch.

6. Returns, Refunds, Camp; Cancellations
No Returns / Refunds
Due to the artisanal, made-to-order nature of our goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any domestic or international order—regardless of customer preferences, sizing issues, or change of mind.
Minor cosmetic variations (e.g., colour tone, hand-painted pattern shifts) are considered part of the handmade character and are not valid for complaints.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement. After that, they are processed or sent into production and cannot be cancelled or modified.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our site—including images, product designs, branding, text, graphics, logos, and code is the intellectual property of House of Heritage or its content partners and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and design laws.
